1.What is Foundation Christian Academy (FCA)?

Foundation Christian Academy (FCA) is a Christ-centered private school dedicated to providing quality education that integrates academic excellence with spiritual development. We strive to nurture students to become passionate followers of Jesus Christ, equipping them with the tools for a lifetime of impactful living.

2. What grade levels does Foundation Christian Academy offer?

Starting Year 3 (2026-2027 school year), we will be offering pre-school through 6th grade.

3. What sets Foundation Christian Academy apart from other schools?

At Foundation Christian Academy, we believe education is most effective when schools and families work together. What sets FCA apart is our commitment to individualized Christian education, strong parental partnership, and Biblical discipleship. Through the A.C.E. program, students learn at their own pace while receiving guidance, accountability, and encouragement from caring staff members. Combined with a Christ-centered environment, character development, and small student-to-staff ratios, FCA provides a unique educational experience that helps students grow academically, spiritually, and personally.

4. What is the tuition cost at Foundation Christian Academy?

Multi-student discounts are available for families interested in enrolling multiple students.
Tuition Rate for the 2026-2027 school year is $4,500. Multi-student discount is 10% off the second student, 15% off the 3rd student, and the 4th student is completely free. We also offer a 15% discount to church members that are in good standing with the church. Pre-K price varies depending on if your student is a 3 day student or a 5 day student. 5.Does FCA offer scholarships or financial aid?

Families interested in financial assistance may apply through FACTS Grant & Aid. FCA is committed to helping make Christian education accessible for families through scholarships, donor-supported tuition assistance, and multi-student discounts.

6. How can I schedule a tour of Foundation Christian Academy?

We welcome prospective families to schedule a tour of our new facility to experience firsthand the unique learning environment at Foundation Christian Academy. Please contact our Head of School at pastor@victorypeople.org to schedule a tour or fill out our Interest Form under our Admissions tab.

7. What extracurricular activities does Foundation Christian Academy offer?

The leadership team at FCA is actively exploring various extracurricular activities to offer in our inaugural year and to expand upon in the future. Currently, our focus is on developing programs in music, cross-country, and a range of life skills like gardening, beekeeping, and more. As we embark on our first year, we invite parents and supporters to volunteer and contribute to these specific areas of FCA. Together, we look forward to fostering growth and enrichment within our school community. At this time, before and after school programs are not being offered. However, it is our desire to provide these important opportunities for our students possibly in our first year.

9. How can I get involved as a parent at Foundation Christian Academy?

We encourage parent involvement in various aspects of school life, including volunteering, attending school events, teaching life-skill classes, assisting with administrative needs, and more. Your support and engagement are essential to the success of our school community.

10. What curriculum will Foundation Christian Academy use for teaching?

FCA utilizes the Accelerated Christian Education (A.C.E.) curriculum, a Bible-based educational system that combines individualized learning, character development, and academic instruction. Students work through curriculum at a pace appropriate for their abilities while receiving guidance, accountability, and support from FCA staff. 11.What does FCA’s school year calendar look like?

FCA’s school year calendar will be similar to that of Unit 5 in Bloomington-Normal.

12. What does recess and chapel time look like at FCA?

Every day, students will receive multiple recess times with their teacher to ensure they have ample opportunities for physical activity, social interaction, and a well-balanced school experience. Chapel will occur at least twice a week with a major focus on God’s Word, prayer and worship. FCA students will be raised up and equipped in the Word of God and taught to love the Lord with all of their heart, mind, soul and strength.

13. Do you offer special education services?

Yes. Foundation Christian Academy partners with Tri-Valley Schools to provide special education services for students who qualify. Through this partnership, eligible students can receive the support and resources they need while continuing to benefit from FCA’s Christ-centered educational environment. With the partnership with Tri-Valley we will be able to provide many services from Speech Therapy, Developmental Therapy, Occupational Therapy and so much more.

14. What is the A.C.E. learning model?

The Accelerated Christian Education (A.C.E.) program is an individualized learning system that allows students to progress at a pace that fits their unique abilities and needs. Students set daily goals, complete curriculum called PACEs, and receive guidance and support from trained staff members. This approach encourages academic growth while developing responsibility, self-discipline, time management, and godly character.
